Refund Policy
Everything we sell is digital: a personalised plan and the digital content that comes with it. There is nothing to ship and nothing to send back, so this policy is about money rather than parcels.
1. The 30-day money-back guarantee
If you follow your plan and it does not work for you, you can ask us for your money back within 30 days of your first purchase. We ask you to tell us what you tried, because that is the difference between a guarantee and a coin flip, and we may ask for evidence that you followed the plan.
2. How to ask
Email support@pathwell.me from the address you bought with, within the 30-day window, and include:
- the email address on the order, and the date of purchase
- what you bought
- the reason you are asking
We confirm receipt, review the request, and tell you the outcome by email. Approved refunds go back to the payment method you paid with — we cannot send money anywhere else — and usually reach you within 14 days, though your bank sets the final timing.
3. What is not refundable
- requests made more than 30 days after the first purchase
- renewal periods that have already begun, and periods already used — cancel before a period renews to avoid the charge
- a second claim on the same product, or a request from someone who is not the purchaser
- requests where the plan was not followed, or where we find abuse of this policy
A refund ends your access to what you bought. If you only want to stop future charges, you do not need a refund — cancel instead, as described in our Subscription Terms.
4. Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits a right you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase; that right can end early for digital content once delivery has started with your express consent, which is what you give at checkout. Where a statutory right applies, it applies alongside the guarantee above, and you may use whichever is better for you.
5. Chargebacks
If something looks wrong on your statement, write to us before asking your bank to reverse the charge — it is faster, and a bank dispute suspends your access while it runs.
6. Questions
Write to support@pathwell.me. This policy may change; the version on this page is the current one, and the version in force when you bought is the one that applies to that purchase.
