Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can require us to do about it. The controller of your personal data is ANTELUX LIMITED, a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, with its registered office at Faneromeni Square 76, 1st Floor, 1011 Nicosia, Cyprus, registration number HE 490831.

1. The personal data we collect

• Quiz answers you give us — goals, habits, preferences and the body metrics a plan needs. Some of these may be health-related data.
• Contact data — your email address, and your name where you give it.
• Order data — what you bought, when, in what currency, and the subscription state that follows from it. Card details are entered on our payment provider's form and we never receive or store the full card number.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, language, referring URL and advertising click identifiers.
• Usage data — the pages and steps you view, what you click, and how far through a flow you get, including session recordings where analytics is enabled.
• Communication data — your reply to a support email, and whether you opened or clicked one of our emails.

2. How we use it

• To provide the service: build your plan, take payment, deliver what you bought, and manage your subscription.
• To support you: answer your questions and handle refund requests.
• To improve the service: understand which steps work, measure and debug, and develop new products, using aggregated or pseudonymised data wherever that answers the question.
• To market: send you email about our products where you have agreed to it or where the law otherwise allows it, and measure and target advertising on third-party platforms.
• To protect the service: prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

3. Our legal basis

• Performance of a contract — everything needed to deliver what you bought.
• Consent — analytics and advertising trackers where consent is required, marketing email, and any health-related data you give us through the quiz. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legitimate interests — securing the service, preventing fraud, and understanding aggregate usage, where that does not override your rights.
• Legal obligation — tax, accounting and consumer-law record keeping.

4. Automated processing

Your plan is generated automatically from your quiz answers. It has no legal effect on you and does not restrict your access to anything; you can always reach a person at support@pathwell.me.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it with service providers who process it on our instructions and under contract:

• Solidgate — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Google Analytics — website and funnel analytics.
• Meta — advertising measurement and audience building, in the browser and through server-side conversion reporting.
• Amplitude — product analytics and session replay.
• Customer.io — transactional and marketing email.
• Google Cloud — hosting and infrastructure.

We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a merger or sale of our business.

6. International transfers

Some of the providers above are outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA we rely on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, together with additional safeguards where they are needed.

7. Children

The service is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us data, write to support@pathwell.me and we will delete it.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for: order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, quiz and plan data for as long as your relationship with us lasts, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or object. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

9. Cookies and similar trackers

We use cookies and similar technologies. On our home page we ask for your consent before any non-essential tracker runs. On our quiz and checkout pages analytics and advertising trackers run when the page loads; you can limit them in your browser’s settings or by writing to support@pathwell.me. 10. Your rights over your data

Wherever you live, you can exercise the rights below by writing to support@pathwell.me. We answer within one month, we do not charge for it, and we never treat you differently for asking. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you, and be told how we use it
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have your data deleted — the right to be forgotten
• receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format, or have it sent to another controller
• object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time
• restrict processing while a dispute about it is resolved
• withdraw a consent you gave us, without affecting what we did lawfully before you withdrew it
• complain to your national data protection authority

If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and disclose, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, the right to receive a portable copy, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share it with advertising providers for cross-context behavioural advertising, which California law treats as “sharing”, and you can opt out of that by blocking third-party cookies in your browser, by declining in the consent banner on our home page (which covers the home page only), or by writing to support@pathwell.me. We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises these rights, and you may use an authorised agent to exercise them for you.

11. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and hosted infrastructure with its own security programme. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
